Order processing

Once you place an order, we usually process it within 1–3 working days.
You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s been shipped.


Delivery times

Delivery times depend on where you’re based:

  • UK: around 5–10 working days
  • Europe: around 5–12 working days
  • Rest of world: around 7–15 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Sometimes things take a bit longer due to demand, customs, or courier delays.


Tracking

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
It can take a couple of days for tracking to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show straight away.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping — if we do, you’ll see it clearly on the site.


Delays

We do our best to get everything delivered on time, but once your order is with the courier, delays can happen that are outside our control.


Address issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we can’t guarantee delivery or replacements.


Lost or missing packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check with neighbours or your local delivery office first
  • If you’re still stuck, contact us and we’ll try to help
